DOME—the place where you should be

Our first partnership was established back in 2018, but its fruition was postponed by the coronavirus pandemic.

Since then, our other efforts have enriched the world-famous Manhattan with organic wines and phenomenal oysters, artsy Brooklyn with vibrant cocktails, sunny Miami with proper NY pizzas, and South East Europe with enticing creamy sweets. The entire annual production of the aforementioned sweets was sold to of the Coca-Cola subsidiaries.

New York is the capital of the hospitality industry, teeming with young, talented, professional chefs who have not yet had the opportunity to prove their worth. We are going to give them their chance to shine.

We will strive to find a top-notch chef for each of the world’s cuisines—a single specialist. They will then get a ready-made, fully equipped restaurant to present their talent.

Business development possibilities would be endless. We could end up opening a whole chain of restaurants, each dedicated to a particular cuisine.

That’s just the beginning, and there are no limits.

A Grand Idea

Candidates will present their ideas, and the best concepts for each of the world’s cuisines will be brought to life through partnership. The candidates will run the restaurant, and we will create it and support it.

Once we have encompassed all of the world’s cuisines and they’ve had enough time to develop, we will assess each of the restaurants and bring about the necessary business changes. If it comes to be that any of the restaurants is underperforming, we will change the concept. However, the restaurant will continue to serve the same ethnic cuisine.

The most successful restaurants will be the first to attain the franchise for the whole of New York. Others will get it once we consider them profitable. That would be the first step in the creation of the value chain.
